Zick Ham

The Best Ham Ever

Requirements

• Cooking Syringe: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MNSGWIQ

• Oval Roaster Pan

• Brown Sugar

• Verners (not any other ginger ale, has to be Verners)

• Cloves

• Pineapple rings

• Ham

Instructions

1. Put ham in pan

2. Pour Verners around ham, and pour a little into a glass.

3. Open can of pineapple rings.

4. Use syringe to transfer juice from can and inject it into the ham. Make sure you stab fairly deep in, or the juice will squirt back out at you.

5. Repeat step 4, but with the Verners you poured into the glass.

6. Poke a bunch of cloves into the top of the ham.

7. Get a cup or two of brown sugar spread across the top of the ham.

8. Stack the pineapple rings on top of the ham.

9. Pour the extra pineapple juice into the Verners around the ham.

13. After you pull it out of the oven, transfer it to the surface you plan to cut on, and have somebody rinse out the pan IMMEDIATELY.

Optional Holiday Tradition

Get some dried cranberries and put in in sparkling grape juice. The cranberries have air pockets that allow the carbonation of a beverage to bob them up and down in your glass repeatedly (with no noticeable pattern).
